Casserole dishes are prepared in one dish, first fry the vegetables in it and chicken broth floods, and then inserts the covered in the oven. If you do not have casserole pot with lid, where you can both fry and bake in the oven, you can fry the chicken for example, large frying pan, then translate its contents into oven proof pan or dish with lid and insert into oven. If you do not have container / baking pan with lid, you can use casserole dish and cover it with foil aluminium.
Ingredients: 2 large or 4 medium servings:
• 4 legs Chicken, Each containing 150 g - 200 g
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 medium potatoes
• 2 small onions
• 1 can black beans (Can be replaced red)
• 1 cup intensive chicken broth
• 1 / 2 small lemons cut into 2 - 3 cm pieces
• 1.5 tbsp olive oil
• juice of half small lemons
• 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
• 1 / 2 teaspoon flakes chilli (May be omitted in version for children)
• 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine marinade ingredients and smear chicken, let stand for half an hour. Oven Preheat to 200 degrees F. In an ovenproof pot with cover heat 1 tablespoon olive oil, add peeled and cut into slices of potatoes and onions cut in the "eight". Fry over high heat stirring constantly for about 3 minutes. Vegetables remove from pan, and put the chicken along with the marinade. Fry on each side at about 3 minutes.
At the end add the drained beans and fry for a minute. Put the potatoes with onions, pour broth, bring to a boil, cover with lid and insert the preheated oven. Bake, covered, for 1 hour, then remove the lid, insert pieces of lemon dipped in sugar and bake without uncovered for 15 minutes.
